Self Reflections

January 15 – February 26, 2021

Virtual and Physical Exhibition

Deadline to enter: November 26, 2020

The Call for Entry:

The Foundry Art Centre in Saint Charles, Missouri is seeking submissions for “Self Reflections” an exhibition asking all artists how artists reflect on themselves and create self portraits? Whether it’s through abstract expression, photography, sculpture, or traditional portraiture, we want to see how artists recognize themselves in their work and portray themselves to others. Open to all mediums, this exhibition will feature works that explore the world of  portraiture in classic and nontraditional forms both online and physically in our gallery space. All two and three dimensional work will be considered for this physical and virtual exhibition.

Juror:

Natalie Baldeon is a Visual Artist and Educator living in Saint Louis, MO. She received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from The University of Central Florida in 2008, and her Masters of Fine Arts from Washington University in 2012. She has exhibited her work locally and regionally at venues such as the St Louis Artist Guild, Arcade Contemporary Projects, and the Millitzer Gallery.
