ArL. Annette Short was a life-long textile artist who passed away in May of 2019. She was a prolific artist and was talented in costume design, fantasy quilting, clothing design and dollmaking. Her work is available at auction throughout the month of May, and 50% of the profits will be donated to Broome County Arts Council. Pieces will be on view May 6-28 at Orazio Salati Studio & Gallery, 204 State Street, Binghamton. Gallery hours are Thurs-Sat 11 AM-3 PM.
