Celebrate Fat Tuesday through food! In this hands-on interactive class you’ll learn how to prepare gumbo with chicken, andouille, and shrimp with steamed rice. We will also be frying up a classic sweet treat – beignets with salted caramel.

Students are required to bring a hat and apron to class.
