The film focuses on the powerful influence Ireland had on him as a young man. It also explores the turbulent relationship between African Americans & Irish Americans in general. Nothing says loving more than abolishing racism!

*On the 46th anniversary of 71 day occupation of Wounded Knee, where over 200 members of the American Indian Movement protested the US government failure to honor treaties with Native People resulting in many dead & wounded & the framing & life imprisonment of Leonard Peltier, we pay tribute to John Trudell, Native American author, poet, actor, & Grammy nominated musician who was chairperson of the American Indian Movement throughout most of the 1970’s.The FBI, which collected over 17,000 pages of his life, said “He is extremely eloquent, therefore extremely dangerous. Man after our own heart. Presente!”
