Four choirs from throughout the region join forces with the Binghamton University Symphony Orchestra along with soprano and Music Department professor Mary Burgess and baritone Timothy LeFebvre for a presentation of Ralph Vaughan Williams’ deeply moving cantata, Dona Nobis Pacem, written between World Wars I and II. The Binghamton University Choirs, with guest artists the SUNY Oneonta Chamber Singers and the Southern Tier Singers’ Collective, will be led by Professor Timothy Perry in his valedictory orchestral performance at the University. Please join the Music Department in wishing Dr. Perry a fond farewell! This concert will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 5 in the Osterhout Concert Theater.
