In this hands-on class, participants will learn to prepare an enticing array of gourmet party appetizers. We will pair these with a signature sparkling cider-based mocktail, perfect for an elegant soiree. The group will enjoy the snacks and drinks in the Culinary and Event Center cocktail lounge.

**Students are required to bring a hat and apron to class.
