Group members will engage in residency activities and learn first-hand how residencies function, and the benefit the Arts can have on all individuals for lifelong learning and the promotion of well-being. We will also take time to discuss eligibility criteria and funding opportunities. These workshops are intended for regional artists, potential host organizations, and any community members interested in learning more. The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling BeeWinding River Players An eclectic group of six students vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the tweens spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing, pout-inducing, life un-affirming “ding” of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves! At least the losers get a juice box. A riotous ride, complete with audience participation, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is a delightful den of comedic genius. August 3 and 4 @ 7:00PM August 5 @ 2:00PM |
