An Artist’s Life Features the Work of Alexandra Davis
On Monday, April 22, Alexandra Davis will share her approach, her process, insights and the daily do’s and don’ts of being a working artist for the third in a series of talks titled An Artist’s Life at The Cooperative Gallery 213. The gallery will open at 6 PM. The conversation with Davis will start at 6:30 PM
Alexandra Davis pushes the boundaries while using the traditional methods of printmaking. Experimental printmaking and the natural environment influence her work.
Davis is the sole proprietor of Equinox Press in Endicott, NY. She earned her MFA from SUNY New Paltz and a BFA from Binghamton University. Currently she is a professor of Art in the Fine Art Department at the university.
