A virtual reading featuring Alexi Zentner, Associate Professor of English and Creative Writing at Binghamton University, and creative writing Ph.D student Heather Humphrey. Professor Jaimee Wriston Colbert will be introducing the readers.

 

About the readers: Alexi Zentner is the author of seven novels: Copperhead, The Lobster Kings, and Touch, and under the pseudonym Ezekiel Boone, he is the author of the internationally bestselling The Hatching trilogy, which includes the books The Hatching, Skitter, and Zero Day, as well as The Mansion. His work has been published or is forthcoming in more than sixteen countries and a dozen languages, and is under development for the screen. He is an Associate Professor of English and Creative Writing at Binghamton University.

Heather Humphrey is currently working on a Ph.D. in creative writing with a focus in fiction at Binghamton University. When not writing, Heather meditates, rides her motorcycle, and spends a lot of time walking with and photographing her black lab Pepper. Her work has been published in Paterson Literary Review, Black Fox Literary Magazine, Edison Literary Review, Shrew, The Scattered Pelican and others.
