At 7:30 p.m. Saturday (Sept. 14), Binghamton University’s Anderson Center for the Performing Arts will host “The Hit Men: Classic Rock Supergroup” for an evening of sing-along favorites.

Featured will be five musicians who have shared the stage with members of Foreigner, Cheap Trick, Wings, Journey, The Who and Cream. The Hit Men celebrate their associations with these bands by sharing their first-hand experiences as eyewitnesses to rock history and by performing classic songs such as “Layla,” “Feels Like the First Time” and “Don’t Stop Believin’.”

As an Anderson Center press release phrased it: “With backstage stories, multimedia elements and classic hits from so many different rock legends, a performance by The Hit Men is like seeing 10 rock legends for the price of one.”

Tickets for the general public range from $25-60, with a 10% discount on premium seats for seniors, veterans and Binghamton University faculty/staff and alumni. Student and child tickets are $10 for any seat in the house. Visit anderson.binghamton.edu or call 607-777-ARTS.
