Enjoy a family-friendly festival celebrating the music, dance and theater of the Renaissance era set in the Cutler Botanic Garden. There is something for everyone… vendors, workshops, costumed characters, face-painting, arts & crafts, and children’s games… something to appeal to all ages.
Immerse yourself in the world of Shakespeare as you enjoy a day filled with live music, theater performances, and an array of costumed characters. The festival will feature mesmerizing performances by the Madrigal Choir of Binghamton, an abridged version of Shakespeare’s “The Tempest” by the Half Light Theater Company, and Renaissance music by the M&M Duo and a lute performance by Allen Lutins.
While you enjoy the garden, children and adults can participate in face painting, arts & crafts, games, craft sales, selfie stations, scavenger hunts with prizes, and even a costume parade. There is much more including spinning demonstrations, vendors, raffles, and plant sales.
Admission to this event is free; however, donations are kindly encouraged to support the event and Cutler Botanic Garden. Much Ado in the Garden has been made possible, in part, by a generous project grant from the Broome County Arts Council’s United Cultural Fund.
