This event is a fundraiser for the upcoming “Moses Hogan Celebration” concert (May 18, 2019; 7:30 p.m. at Trinity Church).  We chose Black History Month to present a Gospel Brunch featuring soul food from the famous Muffer’s Kitchen at Spotlight restaurant.  The buffet features Shrimp n’ Grits, Sausage Biscuit & Gravy, Fried Chicken, MacN’Cheese, Collard Greens and Cornbread.  Live music will be by Brothers Over All (B.O.A.) and Jazmyne Tross.  Recorded music will feature EXTREMELY RARE recordings of Moses Hogan playing gospel music at churches in New Orleans.  $25.00 for buffet and music.
