On Saturday, April 27, 2019 the Jericho Arts Council (JAC) is producing the Regatta Row Street Art Fest, to bring attention to regional artists, musicians and businesses. The JAC is looking to sponsor 20 juried Artists who will create their art on either a newly designed Raised Garden Planter or our hometown classic, Adirondack style, Canoe Paddle Chair which is back by popular demand. The art will be displayed on Bainbridge sidewalks throughout May.While the selected artists finished work will be on display for a month, the Regatta Row Street Art Fest is 1 afternoon only. The JAC is looking for individuals, or groups of musicians who would like to come help by playing background music, acoustic, instrumental music for the Street Art Fest. Each individual or group of musicians will be playing near one of the 20 chair & table exhibits. Although most music will not be amplified/electrified, upon request, amplification and access to electric may be possible.
