Join the Broome County Historical Society for a special and fun, spooky night of trivia!  Step into one of Binghamton’s most historic, and haunted (??) landmarks and put your knowledge of local legends, lore, and eerie history to the test. Bring a team of up to four people, show off your hometown smarts, and compete for prizes.  In addition to trivia, guests will also have the opportunity to take part in Haunted House tours of the Roberson Mansion, discovering the mysteries and stories tucked within its walls.  Gather your team, summon your courage, and join us for an unforgettable evening of history, mystery, and a little Halloween season fun.
Haunted history tours will be offered before and after Trivia, with the first beginning at 5:15.  Those interested should contact the Roberson Museum to register:  (607) 772-0660, ext. 262.  You may also visit on your own the Beaded Bird in Haudenosaunee Art ehibit by Dolores Elliott, local archaeologist of Haudenosaunee culture.
Hosts Brian Frey and Greg Keeler are long-time colleagues and friends whose careers intertwined at WSKG Public Media.  Together they represent more than seventy years of service helping WSKG’s programming, storytelling, and connection to the community. Though now largely retired, they continue to share their voice and talents through special projects and fundraising drives that keep them closely tied to the station and its mission.
The meeting is free and open to the public.
