An Artist’s Life Features a Talk with Cole Johnson, Wildlife Artist.
The Cooperative Gallery 213 invites artists and the general public to its final presentation of An Artist’s Life. Cole Johnson, a nationally known wildlife artist, will share his approach, process, insights and the daily do’s and don’ts of being a working artist on Monday, May 6. The gallery will open at 6 PM. The presentaion will begin at 6:30.
Although Cole lives in Broome County, he is represented by the Astoria Fine Arts in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. His wildlife drawings in graphite powder and charcoal have gained him national attention.
His realistic renderings are inspired by wildlife stemming from his boyhood days of hunting in Greene NY where he grew up.
